Terms and Conditions

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

1. All goods advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If an item that you wish to order is unavailable, we shall inform you by email or phone. The reason for unavailability is usually because we are awaiting deliveries from our suppliers.
2. We shall not charge you for goods that we cannot supply for any reason. However, we will not be responsible for any damage or losses that you may suffer if we fail to supply goods.
3. We have attempted to display all the goods on the site as accurately and fairly as possible, taking account of the available reproduction techniques that apply to website design, graphical and photographic technology.

PRICING

1. Prices displayed on the site, in catalogues, price lists or other sales literature are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. However, once we have accepted your order, we will not change the price that applies to such order.

DELIVERY
Please allow 3-4 days for delivery to the UK, 7 days for Europe, Canada, USA, and up to 28 days for other countries. If you have any queries, please contact our sales department at: sales@babiesthatlunch.co.uk

PAYMENT
Online: Simply choose your purchases, and click on the 'Add to basket' button. You can carry on browsing our site and add other items to your order, until you are ready to pay. We use Paypal for processing credit/debit card orders. All transactions are made on the Paypal secure server, and we do not see any of your card details. We will send you notification of your order by email.

TAX
Our products are zero rated in the UK.

RETURNS
We are happy to exchange or refund if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return item with proof of purchase, in perfect condition within 14 days. Delivery charges are non-refundable. You must send returns back by Recorded Delivery to ensure that we receive them. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. Thank you.
